💡Treatment Philosophy
“My passion lies in helping people return to the activities that bring them joy—whether that’s lifting, hiking, chasing after their kids, or simply moving without pain. I believe fitness should be accessible and individualized, not one-size-fits-all.
No matter where someone is starting from, my goal is to guide them back to doing what they love with confidence and strength. There's nothing more rewarding than watching someone reclaim their movement and realize that recovery doesn’t mean dialing things down—it means rebuilding in a way that fits them.”
🤍 Personal Why
Cat’s mission as a physical therapist is rooted in empowerment through movement. She believes recovery should be both compassionate and challenging, and she’s committed to helping every client rebuild in a way that supports long-term strength, confidence, and independence.

“Cat is absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped me through some arm pain and as a former swimmer herself, she gets it. She has so incredibly kind, understanding, and easy to work with and I’d recommend her over and over again!”
“I simply cannot speak highly enough of Catherine. While I was unfortunate to rupture my Achilles tendon…I consider myself very fortunate to have had Cat by my side throughout what has been an arduous recovery process. She’s compassionate, eager to educate, and has a comprehensive skillset backed up by an incredible knowledge of all things anatomy, physiology, biomechanics…you name it. Trust me when I say that her passion for her craft is contagious! I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside many talented physical therapists in my own healthcare career, and I just cannot overstate how lucky the athletic community of Colorado Springs is to have a provider of Cat’s quality, willing and able to address their needs. Would’ve paid an arm and a leg to have had her on my staff team…10/10 recommend!”
“Dr. Cat was able to provide the most thorough diagnosis I have ever received, and using that knowledge was able to quickly pinpoint and provide treatment to the areas that I needed. I saw immediate benefits from the treatment, and was also given a set of effective exercises to address the issues in the long term. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with any physical therapy!”
